The titanium top was adopted even for this rod designed for octopus fishing, following the rollout of the Hurricane-X Cuttlefish that adopted titanium top, available at a mid-to-low price and built to high perfection! This model gives better feel of sea floor bottom and allows angler to detect the slightest sign of octopus’ bite with greater ease. In addition, this model was built with the CTX method to add even more power to the blank, allowing angler to keep the upper hand over the octopus.

B-5112M-TT (7:3) / GRIP 430mm
This model was built to the specification that takes sensitivity as top priority. It allows angler to feel the weight of octopus vulgaris at its bite of bait early in the season and achieve satisfactory angling catch rate.

This model can be used throughout the year. Adopting the sharp and sensitive titanium top and built with the CTX method, it has a powerful blank. Various materials of different properties were integrated into optimally balanced single rod.

CTX Method

※ CAUTIONS IN USE TITANIUM TIP
In case of use in low temperature environment of 5℃ less, restoration is slow with a decrease in elasticity due to characteristics of titanium alloy. Moreover in case of use in below zero, restoration is not working with further decrease in elasticity. But, if the temperature rises above 5℃, the original superelasticity will be restored then you can use normally! Please note that with repetitive temperature change due to cracks in the titanium, the product life may be shortened.
